CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, today announced personnel changes in its management team and Supervisory Board.

Mr. Stephan Möller has been appointed the new Managing Director of the General Partner, Altira CFC Management GmbH. He has been responsible for the Integration & Development area since March 1, 2009. Mr. Möller holds a degree in business administration and an M.A. in philosophy, and has extensive international experience in Sales and Marketing management. In addition, Mr. Möller has been a management consultant and associate professor at the St. Gallen Management School since 1998, specialising in strategic development and change management.

As already announced at the General Shareholders’ Meeting on June 16, 2009, Mr. Klaus von Hörde has resigned his office as Supervisory Board Chairman for the Company as of June 30, 2009, for reasons of health. Mr. Marcus Linnepe, the Company CEO, has exercised his right under the Articles and Bylaws to appoint Mr. Steven K. N. Wilkinson, Starnberg, as a new Supervisory Board member for the Company.

Mr. Wilkinson is a founder and Managing Board member of Buchanan Capital Holding AG Group. As an entrepreneur, he is a proven expert in corporate transactions and growth financing for small and medium‐sized German companies.

Attorney Stefan Schütze has also resigned his office as a member of the company’s Supervisory Board as of June 30, 2009. The Supervisory Board position he has vacated will be filled by court appointment. The Company will propose Mr. Clemens Reif to the court, who has already given his consent in the event of appointment.

Mr. Reif has been an entrepreneur in small and medium‐sized German businesses since the mid‐1990s. He has been Managing Director and Management Board member in several logistics and waste management companies and is currently Managing Director and Management Board member of Chrilian Aktiengesellschaft, Herborn. He is also a CDU member of the Hessian State Parliament and Chairman of the Business Committee.

Andreas Lange, who has heretofore been deputy Supervisory Board Chairman for the Company, will assume the role of Supervisory Board Chairman.

Marcus Linnepe sees a consistent course of development for the Company in these personnel changes: “Stephan Möller has led the Integration area since March and, with his wealth of experience, is an asset to our team. With Steven Wilkinson, we have gained an expert in corporate transactions for the Supervisory Board, and shall benefit from his expertise and networking. Clemens Reif is an entrepreneur in small and medium‐sized German businesses and will also give us valuable momentum. Hence, we are well‐positioned in terms of personnel for the next phase of the Company.”

The complete curricula vitae of Mr. Möller, Mr. Wilkinson, and Mr. Reif can be found on CFC’s home page (http://www.cfc.eu.com) under the heading “Profile.”
