Conversion into CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG implemented

• Segment change from General Standard to Entry Standard to be realized by December 28, 2009 

Today the conversion of CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6) into a stock corporation (AG) was entered in the commercial register, Dortmund. Marcus Linnepe has been appointed sole member of the Board of Directors of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG. 

Following the conversion into the AG, the segment change from General Standard to the Open Market (Entry Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be implemented. Management assumes that the segment change and the listing in the Entry Standard will be realized by December 28, 2009. The Entry Standard provides for HGB accounting; management is convinced this reporting standard is much better suited to restructuring companies with a long‐term horizon than IFRS.
