Changes in Supervisory Board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG

At CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, the supervisory board is subject to change.

As of October 19th 2012, Marcus Linnepe sends Mr. Jürgen Vogels to the three-headed committee in accordance with § 10 Sec. 5 of the Company’s articles of association. Mr. Vogels replaces former Prime Minister (ret.) Dr. Jürgen Rüttgers, who leaves the supervisory board.

Mr. Vogels has a diploma in economics. Until his retirement in 2005 he was Managing Director of Merck Dura GmbH in Darmstadt. Mr. Vogels has longterm experience in sales as well as market- and business development of medium-sized companies.
