On December 3rd 2012, the supervisory board of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, decided with immediate effect that Werner Neubauer will be the sole executive board member of the company. Marcus Linnepe leaves the management board by mutual agreement.
