CFC Industriebeteiligungen sells Format-Küchen and focuses on core business

CFC Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund, has sold effectively September 30, 2009 its 45.9% stake in Format‐Küchen GmbH & Co. KG, Haiger, to HIC Investitionen und Consulting GmbH, Kerpen. The parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality on the purchase price. CFC Industriebeteiligungen expects no financial impact from this transaction. 

Format‐Küchen was sold because its business was considered non‐core of CFCs segment Home & Living.
