The capital increase of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG („CFC“, ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Dortmund has been published in the company registry of Dortmund effective Friday, December 10th, 2010. Consequently CFC has successfully completed the capital increase of EUR 2,012,590.00 to EUR 8,447,590.00, through contribution in kind. 

The acceptance for trading and the listing of the new shares at the Entry Standard segment will be implemented shortly.
