Board of directors appoints Werner Neubauer as member of the Executive Board

The board of directors of CFC Industriebeteiligungen AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6) has appointed Werner Neubauer (40) as the second member of the company’s executive management board. As of today, Neubauer will be responsible for operations and the integration of portfolio companies. Chairman of the board is the founder of the company Marcus Linnepe. 

Since 2006, Neubauer has had managerial responsibilities within the CFC group for the successful ELECTRONICS division with its portfolio companies ELCON Systemtechnik und LETRON electronic. Under his responsibility ELCON for example managed to increase its revenues by 22 percent even though the industry showed a rather recessionary trend. Neubauer has 20 years of technology and leadership experience in German and international companies as well as longtime restructuring expertise.
