UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, announces that the Austrian Investment company Figlio Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH has acquired shares in the amount of 24,95 percent (2.107.622 shares) from the former board member Marcus Linnepe. Figlio held already 228.396 shares and there by increases its stake in UET.
