Klaus von Hörde
Klaus von Hörde is equipped with more than 30 years of professional experience in various leading positions in well-known German and international industrial companies and is also shareholder of the UET.
Mr. von Hörde was, among others, CEO at GE Plastics, Rüsselsheim, President at GE Deutschland, Co-CEO of GE Plastics Europe, Bergen op Zoom (NL), and General Manager for the business unit “Structured Products” at GE in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (USA). From 1990 to 1992, Mr. von Hörde acted as member of the executive board at ABB Holding Deutschland and CEO of ABB Industrie AG, Mannheim. Afterwards, he moved to Carl Schenk AG, Darmstadt, where he also acted as CEO. In 1997, he then became President and CEO of MEMC Electronic Materials Inc., St. Peter, Missouri (USA), which he restructured until 2002.
Mr. von Hörde is married and has two grown children.
Clemens Reif
Mr. Clemens Reif studied economics and, in 1974, simultaneously completed training to become a forwarding manager. Subsequently, he held managerial positions and served on the management boards of companies in the area of international logistics and waste management. Since November 2007, Mr. Reif has been a founding shareholder and Management Board member of Chrilian Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Herborn.
Since 1987, Mr. Reif has been a directly-elected Christian Democratic Union (CDU) representative for the Lahn-Dill District in the Hessian State Parliament. He has chaired the State Parliament’s Business and Commerce Committee since 2006.
Clemens Reif is a Catholic, is married, and has two grown sons.

Jürgen Vogels
Jürgen Vogels studied Economics. He has more than 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical business and held several management positions. Besides others he acted as Division Manager for Grünenthal GmbH in Stolberg from 1975 till 1982 and as Head of Sales for Merck KGaA from 1982-1995. Thereafter he was a member of the Business-Team responsible for the incorporation of the newly formed MERCK-Dura until 2005.
Mr. Vogels had taught “General Econimics and Controlling” at the Fachhochschule Hannover and founded VOGELSconsultant in 2005.
Today he runs a Consulting Business for mid size companies in the area of Positioning and Market Development.
