Many approaches to restructuring are characterized by cost cutting, staff cuts, and short-term interim managements. UET considers its restructuring approach an integration of holdings into the industrial holding company UET with the aim of each holding’s sustainable business improvement.

Thus we actively and purposefully support the long-term improvement of structures and processes and focus on the employees’ consistent advancement.
